Better Patient Care in the Post Covid Decade

Course Description:

For many dentists, running a business, managing employees and keeping patients happy is much more stressful than completing the dental care. These challenging aspects of being a practice owner seemed to be exponentially more difficult once the Covid Epidemic changed employee and patient behaviors. Dentists are trained in many clinical procedures in dental school but receive very little if any training on communication or business skills. Being caught between employee issues and today’s online patient satisfaction pressures, dentists can become less stressed and do better patient care by improving systems and patient retention.
