She deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009 and has been awarded five Navy achievement Medals, Fleet Marine Force Officer Insignia and the Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal. CDR Devin is the Department Head of Dental Specialties and the sole orthodontic provider at United States Naval Hospital Sigonella.

Dr. Rachael Levine is the Director of Young Child Programs, also at Compass Health Center, and a licensed clinical psychologist and a nationally certified school psychologist. She received her doctoral training at Illinois State University.
Drs. Finis and Levine specializes in individual, family, and group psychotherapy with children and adolescents presenting with a wide range of behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.
