Prior to founding Heartland Dental in 1997 and introducing dentists to the highest quality non-clinical administrative support, Dr. Rick Workman practiced dentistry for nearly 20 years. Realizing there had to be a better way, he assembled a team that would grow to provide support to more than 1,050 offices nationwide. Today, Dr. Workman serves as the company’s Executive Chairman. An advocate for professional development, he devotes time to providing leadership advice through various speaking engagements.
