Amy is both a Yoga teacher and a Reiki Master and has committed the last 10 years to studying both extensively. Amy is certified to teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and holds the Registered Yoga Teacher RYT 200 hour certification. Amy resides in Chicago with her husband Kevin, and her three children. Family life has given Amy a distinct perspective on practicing yoga leading her to study and practice pre/post natal yoga, Mommy & Baby yoga, and now Kids Yoga.
