This webinar seeks to highlight what human trafficking (specifically sex trafficking) looks like when it presents itself in the dental office. This course will also offer ways the doctor can intervene safely. The course will also direct the doctor where she can find local resources to aid the survivor.
1. The dentists should be able to identify possible signs of human trafficking.
2. The dentist should be aware of intervention strategies that are safe for both the patient and doctor.
3. The dentist should be aware of how to locate local resources they can share with the patient.
