AAFE Membership for 1 year w/ 1 free team member $397
**team members cannot be another doctor, dentist, or nurse**
- Participants are allowed to take both levels consecutively.
- Each participant will need to purchase one vial of botulinum toxin and one syringe of dermal filler for the appropriate course, or you may bring your own
- Model patients who are office team members may not attend the lecture portion of the course, unless tuition has been paid for them.
- Model patients may NOT attend the lecture portion.
