Invest in Your Legacy: How a Purpose Driven Transition Unlocks Income, Wealth, and Freedom

Course Description:

For most practice owners, their dental practice is one of the largest investments they will ever make. Yet when it comes time to transition, many feel faced with a tradeoff: maximize financial value or protect the legacy they have spent decades building.

But there’s great news – it does not have to be that way.

In this conversation, we will challenge the traditional concept of “transition” as a single event and introduce a more powerful approach, a Purpose Driven Transition. Rather than an abrupt exit, this is a strategic evolution over time that allows you to intentionally shift out of practice
ownership while maintaining income, preserving value, and staying deeply connected to your practice, your team, and your patients.

We will explore how starting earlier expands your options and gives you greater control over both your timeline and your outcome. You will learn how partnership can be used as a tool to separate ownership from clinical work, extend your career on your terms, and create a more flexible path forward.

The goal is not just to sell your practice and retire – it is to build a future where you can have both impact and income and create a practice you are proud to drive by long after you step away.

Building a Practice That Fits Your Life: Understanding Transition Options

Course Description:

This presentation is designed to help dentists better understand the transition process and how to prepare for it successfully. Attendees will learn how dental practices are valued, what buyers are looking for, and the different transition options available, including private sales, partnerships, associate buy-ins, and corporate affiliations.

We will discuss the steps practice owners can take to increase the value of their practice over time, while also identifying common challenges that can create obstacles during a transition. The presentation will also explore the impact of corporate dentistry, how DSOs evaluate practices, and whether that type of transition may be the right fit.

By the end of the session, attendees will have a clearer understanding of how to position their practice for a successful transition and how to create a plan that aligns with both their professional and personal goals.

Self Defense Workshop

Course Description:

In this amazing and very informative self-defense workshop the participants will learn about ;

Southern praying mantis & Kook Sul won is a combination of soft, short-fist, in-fighting style along with sticky hands techniques, that uses the opponents own power against them.

Short fist means that we generate power from a very close distance to the opponent’s body to hit deeply and effectively. Long fist styles generate a great deal of power with speed and mass but it takes a longer distance and more time to do this. Being a soft style does not in any way mean it is limp or wimpy. Soft turns to hard at the right moment and hard to soft; just like the yin-yang symbol. You might intercept the attack with a soft motion but then redirect and strike hard into the body.

Also participants will  find that they can very easily and with very powerful short motion, redirect the opponent energy, redirect it as it will lose its trajectory. This is what the extended arms are doing in mantis; they want to feel the strike coming in and with the slightest motion redirect it. Participants also will learn the feel , the time, the motion, with the use of great speed and then great short power.

Effectiveness of these techniques with tiny motion are powerful and easy to learn and adopt!
