Participants are allowed to take both levels consecutively.
Each participant will need to purchase one vial of botulinum toxin and one syringe of dermal filler for the appropriate course, or you may bring your own
Model patients who are office team members may not attend the lecture portion of the course, unless tuition has been paid for them.
Model patients may NOT attend the lecture portion.
