Dr. Maxine Feinberg, a Cranford, New Jersey based periodontist, served President-of the American Dental Association from 2014-15. She served for four years as the Fourth District Trustee of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Feinberg graduated from New York University College of Arts and Sciences in 1977 and NYU’s College of Dentistry in 1980. She returned to NYU after her residency in anesthesiology and working as a general dentist and treating patients confined in nursing homes to complete her certificate in Periodontics in 1984.
Dr. Feinberg is a past president of the New Jersey Dental Association and the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry., where she served for 9 years. She has been a delegate in both the ADA and New Jersey Dental Associations House of Delegates. She initiated the New Jersey Give Kids A Smile campaign for 2002 and 2003. She remains active in both her component dental society and the NJDA.
She is a fellow in the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
Delegate to FDI for six years and presently serves as the ADA’s National Liaison Officer to FDI. She served as Chair of the Student Debt Task Force. She served on the ADA Council on Members Insurance and Retirement Plans and was elected chair for 2007 and 2008.
Dr Feinberg is presently on the Board of the Gillette Hayden Foundation and the CDCA. She will begin her “Red Shirt” Year on CODA representing the American Association of Dental Boards.
She speaks nationally on many issues especially those concerning the advancement of Women in Dentistry.
She resides in Westfield New Jersey with her husband John Wynne and is the proud mother of 2 grown daughters, Haley and Rebecca Wynne.

Dr. Tesa Jolly is a dedicated dentist in a small southern town, investing in technology and professional growth to provide her community with advanced dental care. After returning to her hometown post-dental school, she unexpectedly became a practice owner, gaining recognition for her successful transition. She initiated Free Dental Day in 2008, serving as many as 500 patients with the help of over 200 volunteers, fostering community involvement in dental health.
Dr. Jolly has served on local health boards and is passionate about mission work, having traveled to China to provide dental care. She values lifelong learning, actively participates in professional organizations, and has received multiple awards for her humanitarian efforts.
Committed to dental hygiene education, she volunteers in schools and leads a Girl Scout group, aiming to inspire young women. Her supportive network, including family, friends, and colleagues, plays a vital role in her personal and professional growth.
