Practice Sales and Purchases in Plain English

Course Description:

“The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers.” – Henry VI, Part II, Act IV, Scene II

Clearly, lawyers have been a source of frustration for the public since at least the 1500s when William Shakespeare was writing the play, Henry the Sixth. One reason is they tend to communicate using legal jargon that only other lawyers can understand! During this session, Mr. Cohen will explain in plain language the key considerations in purchasing and selling a practice.
