Once you know the formula, you can customize an assistant for any part of your practice or your life: a morning brief, a weekly tracker, a content helper — whatever drains your time most.
By the end, attendees will be able to:
1) Understand the 3 pillars every AI assistant is built from — Skills (the how), Connectors (the where), and Automation (the when) — and connect Claude to everyday tools like Google Drive, Calendar, and Email.
2) Build and schedule one working assistant live, so it runs automatically in the background without being re-prompted each time.
3) Use the Crawl / Walk / Run framework to choose the right starting point, then customize their own first assistant to launch before Module 4.
