As the Co‐Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Grin, Pamela is helping redefine how patients and providers connect in the dental and orthodontic space. Under her leadership, Grin has evolved into a category-defining platform that combines powerful remote monitoring tools with human-led care, streamlining operations, enhancing outcomes, and expanding access to treatment nationwide.
Pamela began her career in the Israeli Air Force Flight Academy as a flight cadet instructor, where she developed a foundation in leadership, precision, and systems thinking. She later applied those skills as an engineer and product leader at high-growth startups and global tech giants, including Apple, C3.ai, and SailPoint. Her journey spans roles in engineering, product management, and executive leadership—always with a focus on building solutions that improve lives.
She holds a B.Sc. in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and earned her MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where she concentrated on strategy, entrepreneurship, and corporate socialresponsibility. At her core, Pamela is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems—especially in healthcare.
